From May 31 to June 1, the final of the 18th "Chinese Bridge" worldwide middle school stuedents Chinese competition for the Georgia region was held at Alt University in Tbilisi. After preliminary rounds, a total of 16 students from across Georgia have qualified, including 4 participating students from the Confucius Classroom at Kutaisi University.

After two days of competition together, the contestants showcased their significant achievements and gains in the process of learning Chinese, covering aspects such as Chinese language fundamentals, language expression abilities, and Chinese talents. Achi Kandelaki from our institute also shared his experiences and insights from participating in the 'Chinese Bridge' World Finals in Tianjin, China in 2024.

In the end, after fierce competition, our contestants Manchen (Mariam Akhaladze) and Mina (Mariam Kharabadze) won the second prize in this competition; Nini (Nini Saldadze) and Mari (Mariam Khetsuriani) received the Outstanding Award.
